INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
The correct installation of turbomachinery is paramount for successful long term operation. Interfacing of the multi-discipline work force required to assemble such plant is frequently a major stumbling block.
CATO TRADING views the installation from the total system requirements of the particular machine; thus, activity areas are not broken down into the usual mechanical, electrical and instrument brackets but identified as a series of carefully inter-related systems. The relevant trade requirements are then specified. This avoids the all too often gaps and omissions early on allowing for successful commissioning completion, on-time and within budget.
When commissioning has been completed CATO TRADINGwill undertake to provide operational training for client’s staff, review machinery documentation and provide a total package handover.
Modern rotating and reciprocating equipment have been subjected to increasing levels of refinement to gain higher efficiency at lower operating costs and greater control capability. CATO TRADING is dedicated to providing users of such equipment with a high level; of back up both on and off site as is required for successful operation.
Whatever and wherever your need for equipment expertise, CATO can provide immediate support. Our track record covers an ever-increasing range of services.

REPACKAGING AND RELOCATION
As market conditions change, existing natural resources are becoming exhausted and new ones discovered. Users of high capital cost machinery should consider redeploying their existing plant to reduce costs of new projects, Repackaging units to allow change of driver and incorporate waste heat recovering systems to gas turbines when updating old machines for greater flexibility.
